You may request a return or exchange within 30 days of delivery, provided items are unused and in original packaging. Email eos1217@163.com with your order number and details (photos if damaged) and we'll guide you through it. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 3–7 business days after we receive and inspect the return. Some items (custom-made or personal-use) may not be eligible for free returns; see the product page.
